Preset solver
Fit one editable look from your before and after photographs.
1. Add matching pairs
Use the same scene, framing and dimensions in each pair. Crop away labels and borders. Add varied photographs so one look works across skin, foliage and clothing. Images stay on this device.
2. Fit the look 17 × 17 × 17
Curves, HSL/HSL2 and mask curves remain editable. Fitting runs locally. More rounds refine the result; a preset cannot reproduce spatial editing or different edits for the same input color.
Choose a before and after image for each pair.
3. Review and save
Compare the fitted result with each target. Error is perceptual color distance on withheld samples; lower is closer.
In Colorplane, open Presets → Import presets to add the downloaded ICC. Keep the recipe and report for reproducible fitting.
Return to Colorplane · Reference photographs are never embedded in the exported preset.
